At Touchland Depot, we want you to love every spritz. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure your experience is as uplifting as our fragrances.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Timeframe: You may request a return for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or opened Hand Mists, Body & Hair Fragrances, or any other personal care product.

  • Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or that show signs of wear not related to product defects.

  • Final sale items, if any (these will be clearly marked on the product page).

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Service team at [email protected] within the 30-day window. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return shipping instructions. Returns sent without an RMA may not be accepted.

  3. Ship Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging and mail them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs and the item until it reaches our warehouse.

4. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund.

  • Timing: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your original payment account (e.g., credit card, PayPal). The exact timing depends on your financial institution.

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We do not offer exchanges; if you wish for a different item, please process a return and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and its packaging. We will promptly arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged/defective/wrong item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • These costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund total if a prepaid return label is provided at your request.

7. International Returns

  • Customers returning items from outside the country of our warehouse may be responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the return process. These are non-refundable.

  • We cannot guarantee that international returns will be accepted by local customs authorities.
