  • We offer Free Standard Shipping worldwide on all orders with no minimum purchase required.

  • Shipping and handling costs are covered by us. At checkout, you will only be charged for your products and any applicable taxes.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

We use reliable international logistics partners (such as DHL, UPS, or local postal services) for delivery.

  • Standard Delivery Estimate: Packages typically arrive within 6-12 business days to most global addresses after they have been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Please note this is an estimated timeframe starting from the day the package leaves our warehouse and does not include customs processing time. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, local holidays, or carrier peak seasons in the destination country.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your package is shipped, we will send a shipping notification email with a valid tracking number and a link to track your order.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's status in real-time on our website or the carrier's official website.

5. Shipping Address & Accuracy

  • Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout (including apartment/suite numbers, postal codes, etc.).

  • We are not responsible for shipping errors, delays, or lost packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional charges may apply for reshipment.

  • Please ensure the shipping address is a secure location where someone can receive the package.

6. Duties, Import Taxes & Customs Clearance

  • Important Notice: Touchland Depot covers the cost of shipping the product from our warehouse to your country.

  • According to the laws of the destination country, the recipient (you) is responsible for paying all applicable import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST), and customs clearance fees. These are charges levied by the destination government on imported goods and are outside our control or responsibility.

  • The carrier or customs authorities may contact you for payment of these fees to complete clearance and final delivery. Failure to pay these fees may result in the package being held, returned, or destroyed, for which we cannot be held liable.

  • We cannot estimate these fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific import regulations before ordering.

7. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

  • Delivery Delays: International shipments can occasionally be delayed due to customs inspections, weather, or carrier issues. If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check the tracking information for the latest status.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or building management first. We will assist you in initiating an investigation or claim with the carrier.
